After reading the last review I felt compelled to write one.This Sansui is a small tv that has just about all the features you would find on a large tv.I also bought one from Woot. I'm completely satisfied with mine. I know what HDTV is, as I also own a 50 inch HD Sony. This little Sansui is better in some ways.Things didn't start out well. The sound was barely audible and faded out to nothing after a few seconds. The sound was ok via the headphone jack. After calling the refurbisher, who wanted me to send it back to them at my expense, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I took the back off (shhh!) and discovered that the speaker wires were unplugged from the speakers. Shame on you refurbisher. I tightened the connectors and then reconnected the wires, reassembled the tv and it worked perfectly!I set most of the picture controls to the middle of their ranges except the color intensity which I adjusted to about 15 out of 50.I use the backlight intensity to adjust the overall brightness instead of the brightness control.It found every digital station my big Sony did, and quickly. Picture quality is great and sound quality is good for the small set that it is. My friends, who have seen the set, were very impressed and want to buy one.

awesome tv speakers are good and loud tv 720P. HDMI WILL MAKE IT BETTER people complain about this tv but its not true . silent tv, 5 minutes to set up.
